Safety Guideline
Please refrain from wearing shoes with wheels inside the exhibition halls, as they are a safety hazard.
Smoking is not allowed in all areas except in designated smoking zones.
Admission is restricted for those under the influence of alcohol.
According to the Animal Protection Act and its Enforcement Rules, only companion animals are allowed to enter (excluding dangerous dogs).
Only healthy companion animals over three months old that have been registered and fully vaccinated are permitted to enter.
Assistance dogs with an official assistance dog identification mark are allowed to enter without restrictions.
Food and drinks, including water and coffee, are not permitted inside the exhibition halls (This also includes gum, candy, and baby snacks).
Due to the immersive nature of the exhibition, some individuals may feel dizziness. Caution is advised.
Please refrain from causing a commotion or behaving in ways that may disturb other visitors.
Because it is dark inside the exhibition halls, do not allow children to run around, in order to prevent any possibility of injury.
For the safety of other visitors when moving, please fold tripods and selfie sticks and carry them with you at all times.
Baby strollers are not allowed in the exhibition halls.
Please inquire about items lost in the exhibition halls at the ticketing desk. All lost and found items will be kept for seven days.
Admission will be restricted if the visitor is or is suspected of suffering from an infectious disease.
